A female student with the name zainab umar who was a student of umaru musa yaradua university katsina department of economics just died this morning, after she was bitten by a snake yesterday on her way the school library. She has been buried according to islamic rites.
This incident shows lack of proper medication in the college. An ordinary snake bite is not supposed to have killed this young beautiful girl in a place like that. It is a place where there are student and accidents happen atleast there should have been proper medical facilities. I am using this medium to urge the school authorities to have a proper medical equiptment and vaccines to prevent further embarrasing disasters.
